We are doing our best that you wouldn’t have to even thing about returning our products!

But if the size didn’t fit, the color was different from what you expected it to be, or the garment just didn’t suit you, you can return it within 14 working days from purchase date.

ATTENTION:  MAX size (5XL-6XL) garments are non-returnable and non-replaceable unless the products have fabric, tailoring, or other defects. If you have any doubts when ordering plus size garment just ask us anything. We will consult you and make changes to the garment if needed.

In order to return the unsuited products:

  • Inform us regarding the return by email info@nerasa.eu
  • The return is only possible if the item was unused, was not damaged, appearance was intact and had the same packaging as it was received.
  • The shipping cost are paid by customer.
  • Fill out the free form return / exchange request form.  You should write your order number, the reason of the return and the bank account number to which the money should be returned in this form. Include that form with returned goods  before shipping.

  • We will transfer the sum of the returned products within 3 working days when we will receive the products, the shipping cost is not refunded.
